Mobile Callback Tracking System is a 24/7 web based communication system that works through a network of computers, operators and chosen communication devices. Designed especially for the security guard industry, Mobile Callback is easy to use and works no matter where you go or what type of facility you’re protecting.

This tracking system checks on your duty officers hourly by calling a pager, mobile phone or a land line. The duty officer replies by entering his assigned security code on the registered communication device. If all is well, the system simply schedules a call for the next hour.

If, however, the hourly call is not responded to properly your designated supervisor will be notified.
